Your published projects sit in the assistant's context: name, city, district, off-plan or ready, delivery year and starting price. For anything more specific it queries your published units, your documents and your payment plans before it replies. It is instructed never to invent a price, a delivery date or an amenity.

Lead capture

It qualifies in conversation and creates the lead itself.

There is no form to fill. You choose what to collect: name, phone, email, budget, bedrooms, project of interest. Once the visitor has shared a name and a phone or email, the assistant creates the lead in your CRM, tagged Widget, and the conversation is marked for your team.

A callback request moves the lead to Contacted
A viewing request moves it to Visit
The conversation shows as Handoff in your inbox
